    Job Description

    About the Role:

    Monitor daily attendance, including in/out time, leaves, and half-day records.

    Calculate monthly salaries based on attendance, leaves, or other applicable factors.

    Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, increment letters, etc.

    Draft and manage official email communications as instructed by the Head team.

    Maintain an up-to-date asset tracker for all office equipment and resources.

    Ensure smooth internal communication and assist in general office management.

    Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

    Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.

    Knowledge of GST, PT, and salary structures.

    Good communication and coordination skills.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently

    Experience in handling admin tasks and inter-departmental coordination is a plus.
